More gallery than eatery — on purpose.

MARS is a restaurant, café, cocktail bar and art space in one — a curated room in Lamai where original artwork hangs over every table and the plates are composed like the walls. Design-led, unhurried, and unlike anything else on this side of the island.

Come for coffee and stay through golden hour: breakfast from eight, rotisserie mains from eleven, cocktails as the light turns.

Breakfast is mission control for your morning — cured-salmon toast finished with caviar, steak and eggs, papaya granola, signature golden lattes and cold-pressed juices.
